Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on digital products. If you reach out to we will gladly find a solution for you.
Print and packaging items will come with a proof, please be assured to check the proof before approving for spelling or placement errors.
Once approval is given and print files are submitted, 8o8visuals nor its creatives will be held responsible for ANY errors.
